刘刚,产业生态学博士,浙江农林大学生态文明研究院兼职研究员,现任北京大学教授、博士生导师,国家级人才计划入选者,国家自然科学基金重点重点项目负责人、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席科学家。主要研究方向为:资源安全、产业生态与城市循环低碳发展。现任中国自然资源学会理事及资源流动与管理研究专委会常务副主任兼秘书长,国际产业生态学会会刊Journal of Industrial Ecology共同主编,Resources, Conservation and Recycling、Journal of Cleaner Production、upj Urban Sustainability、《中国科学院院刊》等资源环境可持续发展领域十余份主要期刊编委。因在产业生态学和环境系统分析领域的杰出贡献,获国际产业生态学会Robert A. Laudise奖、Environmental Science & Technology授予James J. Morgan青年科学家奖等,获自然资源部自然资源科技进步一等奖,入选斯坦福大学与Elsevier联合发布的“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”。在Nature主要资源环境类子刊、Cell主要资源环境类子刊、环境领域顶刊Environmental Science & Technology以及中国工程院Engineering、《中国科学院院刊》等国内外重要期刊发表论文150余篇,相关成果被法新社、CNN、Popular Science、New Scientist、新华文摘、中新网、澎湃新闻等国内外媒体广泛报道。主持十余项欧洲和中国科学基金重大、重点和人才项目,受邀担任联合国粮农组织、世界银行、经合组织、国际能源署、欧盟联合研究中心等国际机构咨询专家。
